Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, with all accessories and original packaging included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the return address will be provided after your return request is approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
For non-quality-related returns (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Items missing essential parts, accessories, or original packaging

Consumable or hygiene-related accessories (such as filters, absorbent components, or feeding-related parts) once opened

Personalized or custom-made items

Note: These rules apply to pet smart feeders, smart trackers, and their accessories.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days as required by EU law.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, with all accessories and original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
